1 courge poivrée et/ou délicata
Huile
Épices ITALIENNE, Herbes Orford, au goût
Sel et poivre
PRÉPARATION
1.Préchauffer le barbecue à intensité maximum.
2. Couper les deux extrémités de la courge. Couper en rondelles de 2 cm (3/4 po).
3. Enlever les graines et les filaments à l'aide d'un petit couteau.
4. Badigeonner les rondelles de courge d'huile et de fines herbes. Saler et poivrer.
5. Cuire les rondelles des deux côtés, à feu moyen-élevé, jusqu'à la cuisson désirée.
Pour réaliser cette recette, utilisez l'une de ces courges poivrées.
